Sacred Writing Practice

This is more than journaling. This is a simple yet sacred technology, a soul transmission where your pen becomes a channel and your imagination becomes a portal.

Created by Jocelyn Reese Foster (formerly Tatum), founder of the Narrative Moth[er] organization.

This is a simple writing practice, yet it is so much more than journaling. It is a sacred technology, a soul-to-body transmission in which you become a channel and your heart becomes a portal for the divine muses to inform your creative work. Through guided prompts, gentle visualization and intuitive writing, you’ll enter a quiet, holy space where the veil thins and your angels, guides, Higher Self and/or Source can speak directly to your heart.

As a regular practice, this exercise reconnects you with divine wisdom, clears emotional, spiritual and mental fog, and strengthens your spiritual intuition, your inner compass. Over time, you’ll not only receive comfort and clarity, but you’ll also begin to remember who you are and feel the architecture of your soul awakening beneath your words. This is writing as revelation, and it forms communion with all that is.

Because in today’s changing and often confusing world, it is so important to learn discernment by observing patterns and going within to connect with your internal guidance. This is one simple and beautiful way to do this in the comfort of your home.

Included is a link to the writing playlist I curated.

*You can process your experience with me in email (up to 800 words) or by providing an audio file via email upload (up to 8 minutes long). More information on that at the bottom of this document.
